iOS installation guide

This process is temporary while we wait for Dr. Security’s app to be finally published on the App Store. The steps, and notifications, to install the app described below follow the process as defined by Apple to install customized corporate apps.

Please proceed as follows:

Once you have read the whole guide, click on the following link to download Dr. Security (DrS) App for iOS.

A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation to install Dr. Security’s App:

Having clicked on “Install” the app will download in the background. This may take several minutes, depending on the device’s internet connection speed.

Note: No download process icon will be visible; once the download is completed, the app’s icon will appear within one of the apps’ screens.

Go to the device’s settings and select the “General” menu

Next scroll down and select “Device Management”

Select “Doctor Security SL”:

Select “Trust Doctor Security SL”:

When the next message appears, select “Trust”:

Once the following screen appears, Dr. Security’s app is available for use just like any other app

Problem Solving

Once the app has been downloaded, if the user does not follow step 3 as defined above and clicks directly on the app icon to run the application, the following message will appear. Just follow the the steps from step 3 onwards, as defined above
